For ALIGN West - Clarksville: Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early for your first visit to allow time for parking and check-in.

For ALIGN East - Springdale: Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first visit.

For ALIGN Sawyer Yards: Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first visit.

Many clients continue Pilates during pregnancy and after childbirth with appropriate modifications. Our instructors are trained to support prenatal and postpartum movement within group classes, and private sessions are available for more personalized guidance.

Yes. Our Pilates studios specialize in safe, intelligent movement. Our instructors are trained to recognize movement patterns and offer appropriate modifications to support a wide range of injuries and limitations. If you have specific concerns, we recommend sharing them before class or booking a private session for more individualized support.

You don’t need to bring anything — just arrive ready to move. We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Bare feet or grip socks are both welcome.

Our Pilates classes are welcoming and accessible. Beginners receive clear guidance, thoughtful progressions, and individualized modifications.

Yes. Private Pilates sessions are available. To get started, schedule a call with our team.

Group classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance, and private sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations result in the loss of the class or session, and no-shows incur a $20 no-show fee. Please cancel yourself out of class if your plans change.

We understand that schedules can change. To support a safe and focused class experience for everyone, clients have an 8-minute grace period after the scheduled class start time.

If you arrive more than 8 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join the class, as entering late can be disruptive and may impact safety. In this case, the class will be deducted from your account.

If you are unable to attend class, please be sure to cancel yourself out of the class in advance. Clients who do not attend a scheduled class and do not cancel will be charged a $20 no-show fee, in addition to losing the class credit.

ALIGN Pilates Studios is designed for adults. Clients must be 18 years or older to attend group classes or private sessions.

If you’re interested in Pilates for a younger student, please contact our team so we can discuss appropriate options.

When a spot opens, everyone on the waitlist receives a text message. The first person to respond and accept the spot will be added to the class.

Please make sure your phone number is up to date and that notifications are turned on so you receive waitlist and other important studio messages. We recommend joining the waitlist only if you’re able to attend on short notice.

Bare feet or grip socks are both welcome.

To protect the privacy and focus of everyone in the room, phones and filming are not permitted during classes at ALIGN Pilates Studios.

On some occasions, a student may request approval to film for personal purposes. This must be arranged in advance with the studio team. If approved, the student will be given a designated spot to ensure no other clients are captured on camera.

We appreciate your understanding and help in keeping our studios a safe, respectful, and distraction-free environment for all.
