PILATES CLASS SCHEDULE

ALIGN Pilates Sawyer Yards offers an education-led Pilates class schedule in Houston, located in the Sawyer Yards creative district. Our schedule is designed to support consistency, learning, and long-term movement health—while fitting into real life.

As a teacher training and mentorship Pilates studio, classes are taught by instructors completing the Balanced Body® Pilates certification program under the supervision of leading master educators. All classes are beginner friendly, with clear instruction, thoughtful pacing, and layered options that support a wide range of experience levels.

For clients with Pilates experience, classes remain challenging through intentional progressions, refined cueing, and intelligent variations.
