ALIGN Pilates West is a boutique Pilates studio in downtown Austin’s Clarksville neighborhood, offering expert-led reformer Pilates classes in a calm, refined environment. All classes are taught by a fully certified, professionally trained instructor team and intentionally capped at 10 students to ensure personalized attention, safety, and clarity.

FLOW is a continuously moving reformer Pilates class in Clarksville, designed to build strength, coordination, and endurance. Exercises transition seamlessly, creating a dynamic full-body workout.
Our fully certified instructors provide thoughtful modifications and advanced options, making FLOW accessible to a wide range of experience levels, including expectant mothers (with prior consultation).
HIGH-INTENSITY REFORMER PILATES CLASS
BURN

BURN is a challenging reformer Pilates class in downtown Austin designed for experienced clients looking to increase intensity. This class incorporates advanced Pilates techniques and functional movement patterns such as squats, lunges, and planks.
Props including weights, magic circles, and resistance bands are used to increase resistance and demand. Clients new to Pilates or managing injuries should begin with ALIGN, FLOW, or RESTORE.
