Audra
CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR
About Audra
Audra is a lifelong mover and passionate educator with over 25 years of experience teaching Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic®, and Gyrokinesis®. Her journey began at The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, where her love for movement flourished into a professional dance career that extended into 2005. Since then, she’s dedicated her life to helping others discover the healing power of movement.
As an educator in the Houston modules of the ALIGN Mentor Program, Audra brings her wealth of knowledge and her signature teaching style—one that’s rooted in meeting people exactly where they are. Whether it’s guiding clients through injury recovery, building physical resilience, or simply finding joy in movement, Audra’s approach is all about creating sustainable, meaningful connections.
Brandi
INSTRUCTOR IN TRAINING
About Brandi
Brandi has been teaching Pilates for one and a half years. Her teaching style is contemporary and functional, with a strong focus on alignment, control, and intentional movement. She loves helping clients build sustainable strength so they can move with confidence both in and out of the studio. Her goal is for clients to leave class feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply connected to their bodies. When she is not teaching or taking Pilates, Brandi is usually running and finding new ways to stay active through movement.
Christie

About Christie
Christie has been teaching Pilates for three years and brings a thoughtful, informative, and friendly approach to her classes. She loves helping clients build a strong mind body connection and hopes they leave class feeling invigorated, recharged, and more in tune with how they move. Outside of the studio, Christie’s life revolves around her four Ps: pottery, painting, puppies, and Pilates.
Emmalea

About Emmalea
Emmalea has been teaching Pilates for eight years and is also a personal trainer. She loves diving into the why and how behind each movement to help clients build a deeper mind body connection. Her classes are designed to keep clients feeling motivated, supported, and confident while moving with intention. She hopes people leave her classes feeling accomplished, confident, and excited to come back for more. Emmalea encourages curiosity in movement and loves helping clients understand how and why their bodies move the way they do. When she’s not teaching or taking Pilates, Emmalea enjoys artsy crafty projects, weight lifting, spending time with friends, reading, and giving golf her best effort.
Jaymie

About Jaymie
Jaymie has been teaching Pilates for nearly two years and brings an encouraging, upbeat energy to every class. Her teaching style is supportive, and empowering, blending hard work with deeply satisfying stretches that leave the body feeling refreshed and reconnected. She loves creating classes that feel welcoming and accessible, where clients can move confidently and enjoy the process just as much as the challenge. Jaymie hopes clients leave class feeling restored, energized, and proud of what their bodies can do. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her rock climbing, thrifting, baking, playing board games, practicing yoga, or curled up with a good rom com.
Rebecca

About Rebecca
Rebecca is just beginning her teaching journey and has been practicing Pilates for over three and a half years. She brings an encouraging, supportive approach to her classes, helping students get the most out of each session through thoughtful modifications, hands on adjustments, and plenty of laughter along the way. Rebecca wants clients to leave class feeling proud of how much stronger they are becoming and grateful for having carved out time to focus entirely on themselves during those 50 minutes. Outside of the studio, she enjoys cooking, eating, reading, and hunting for vintage jewelry at estate sales.
Remy
INSTRUCTOR IN TRAINING
About Remy
Remy fell in love with Pilates in 2024 when she first moved to Houston. Remy has joined the ALIGN team to develop and grow her skills as a new teacher. You’ll find her classes to have a strong classical influence. There is power in slow, thoughtful, and controlled movement, and this is how Remy wants to help make and maintain amazing changes in her clients' bodies. When she’s not at the studio, you can catch Remy working at her consulting job, spending time outdoors, sweating through a HIIT class, or in the kitchen. She welcomes all ages, bodies, and skill levels to join her in building stronger, more mindful bodies in the most amazing and welcoming space that is ALIGN.Â
Ren
STUDIO MANAGER
About Ren
Ren has been teaching movement for over 20 years, with a strong pedagogical foundation rooted in dance. She brings that deep understanding of movement into her Pilates teaching, which she has been doing for nearly a year. Her classes are simple yet challenging, low pressure, and intentionally fun. Ren believes movement should feel accessible and joyful, and she makes it a point to ensure everyone leaves class having worked hard and shared a few laughs along the way. Her goal is for clients to leave feeling better than when they arrived, using the reformer as a place to release stress, reconnect, and take time for themselves. Outside of the studio, Ren enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, and prioritizing rest to recharge.
Taysa
INSTRUCTOR IN TRAINING
About Taysa
Taysa has been teaching Pilates for about three months, with four months of practice teaching. Her teaching style is visual and descriptive, using imagery to support form corrections and build body awareness. She loves slowing movements down to help clients fully feel the work and activate muscles with intention, often offering hands on guidance to support proper alignment. Her goal is for clients to feel stronger with each class while enjoying the positive, encouraging energy she brings into the room, paired with mellow motivating playlists. She loves helping clients discover muscles they may not have felt before, drawing on her Balanced Body training throughout her teaching. When she is not teaching or taking Pilates, Taysa enjoys walking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with good friends who help recharge her energy.
Will
CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR
About Will
Will has been teaching Pilates since 2022. His teaching style honors classical Pilates while incorporating fluid transitions and a strong sense of flow. His classes are thoughtfully sequenced, dynamic, and designed to feel both effective and enjoyable. Will aims for clients to leave class feeling empowered, stronger, and more connected to their bodies, with a deeper sense of control and confidence in their movement. Outside of the studio, he enjoys reading, exploring new places, visiting museums, ballet, taking long walks with his dog, and discovering great coffee spots around town.
